As of Friday 8th January, 2021 at 6pm until Monday 11th January, 2021 at 6pm Woolworths, Kmart and essential services will be open due to the latest directive from Queensland Health.  Our restaurants and café’s will only be offering takeaway and delivery.

Cleaning and hygiene

It is mandatory when you visit our centre you wear a mask as you may be refused service otherwise for not following the directive of Queensland Health.

Please continue to follow the COVID-19 policy for regular hand washing, using soap for 20 seconds or hand sanitiser. If you cough or sneeze please cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or cough or sneeze into your elbow.

Please ensure you practice social distancing with 1.5 metres between customers. This includes waiting in cues or walking throughout the centre.

If you are feeling unwell or are suffering from any of the symptoms we ask you to seek medical attention immediately. Especially if you have developed symptoms 14 days after last contact with a confirmed case or after returning to Australia from overseas.

We would like to update you on the current situation in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Our focus continues to be on ensuring the Centre is a safe place to visit, shop and work and we ask that customers please be patient as our retailers adhere to public health rules including social distancing requirements and restrictions on the number of customers permitted in stores at any one time.   

We continue to monitor the advice from the Australian Government and Department of Health and will advise you of any changes to our Centre operations.

Please help us to keep our Centre safe

We ask all shoppers to please practice the following when shopping in the Centre –

  • Wash or sanitise your hands on a regular basis
  • Maintain a safe 1.5m distance between you and others
  • Stay at home if you are unwell to minimise risk to others
  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow
  • Please allow extra time for your visit to the Centre as you may need to queue outside stores (due to store capacity limits)
